Understanding the installation security requirements

The user account that will install and configure the BlueCielo Web Parts on the SharePoint Server requires the following permissions:

• Administrator privileges on the Internet Information Services server
• Administrator privileges on the SharePoint server
• Administrator privileges for the SharePoint site collection
• Administrator privileges for a newly created list
• Access to the BlueCielo Web Service
• For BlueCielo ImandrA: Read access to the IBM FileNet library as described in the BlueCielo ImandrA Administrator's Guide

• For BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise: Read access to the vault as described in the BlueCielo Meridian Enterprise Administrator's Guide

The user account that will install and configure the BlueCielo Web Service on the Internet Information Services server requires the following permissions:

• Administrator privileges on the Internet Information Services server
